NTTData EMEA - IgnITe Programme
To stand up and operate six key security toolsets into the SOC for the EMEA CISO. Service Designed and Transitioned them into Live Operation, skilling up the operating Teams responsible.
P&O Ferries - BREXIT Programme
We provided Service Design and Architecture expertise helping P&O Ferries with their four main Brexit project deliveries. We designed operational IT models for services including external providers including reviewing their service provision contract schedules.
Barlcays UK - O365 Programmes
We Service Designed how Barclays Bank created their Microsoft Azure Tenant, federated their Active Directory services from on-premise to Azure and migrated their user base to Microsoft Exchange online
Perceptive/Calyx
To Onboard a new Document management system and based upon SharePoint Online a new Clinical License Submissions application suite hosted on Azure services into DocuSign for electronic document signing
Centrica - Field Platform Programme
We worked to develop a service framework to stand up a metering service for Centrica utilising Microsoft Dynamics 365 including the standard CRM and field service components among others and prepared for an MVP service to be stood up.
Cloud Services Programme
We developed a Service Design and Transition team and function for DWP internal Cloud Services department leaving the tean trained and ready to start operating in the environment
NTTData Inc.- One Collaboration Programme
To merge three legacy MS Tenants into one strategic new MS Tenant and merge all users identities, data devices into that new tenant and to define and implement all supporting areas within a new TOM.
